Sarah (Neurodivergent)

Before: Felt frustrated & let down by complicated approaches & other professionals that told her she just needed to try harder.

In her own words:

“What I like most about Ashley is she’s very honest, she’s incredibly accepting, and not judgmental at all.
I genuinely feel like I’ve been given a new life in a way. I’ve become who I’ve wanted to be, but also the girl I already was, I just needed the right person to support me to get there.

Linda (mum)

Goal: To rebuild strength after pregnancy and break the cycle of quitting the moment things got hard.

In her own words:

*Do it sooner rather than later. I'm a great example of that — I was SO close to signing up last intake, but because of the price I decided to try one more time on my own and if I didn't get results, I would sign up next intake. I got zero results, felt even more miserable and like an even bigger failure and just counted down days for the next intake to start. Don't torture yourself with one more failure when this program will for sure work. You deserve to feel better."

Before: She hated having her photo taken, she was bloated, unhappy, insecure & stuck

After:

She’s a completely different person. She lost her confused, indecisive, unhappy version of herself that didn’t believe she deserved more.

“Now i’m so much more confident in myself and my decisions, i’m able to say no when I don’t want something and I’m putting myself as the priority. I feel like a completely different person to who I was before I started the program. I’ve lost about 20kg”

Katie (Marketing)

Goal: She was embarrased she let it get this bad. Had barely moved in 2 years, struggled with mental health, her body was in a lot of pain.

"Everything else I had tried had been fun for a few weeks and then unsustainable. I’d give up. This approach actually blends into your life and makes you want to put yourself and your health first because once you start feeling good you truly cannot go back to sabotaging your body like you used to

Kirsty (Operations & Marketing)

Before: She felt food obsessed, used to eat until she was sick, was thinking about food 24/7. Researching psychologists & had tried everything prior before this approach.

After:

Now she focuses on how food makes her feel. She says she couldn’t even touch the food now that she used to eat.

The thought of that makes her feel sick. And that’s what growth looks like. You don’t even recognise your old self. She hiked Kokoda, built a business & broke a food addiction that she had been struggling with for over a decade.

Teresa (accountant)

Before: Had been thinking about joining the program for 2 years. She didn’t feel good in her body, blamed genetics & Thyroid issues. Relied on motivation & her mood.

After:

“I’m 15kg down. Strength training is natural to me now, I don’t need motivation, I do it anyway because I love my body and it makes me feel better. Before: “I was feeling mediocre, I hadn’t felt good in my body since grade 10. I was done accepting what I looked like and was ready to have a say in my appearance”.

After:

Ash lost 30 pounds.

Gained so much confidence, started creating content & has evolved into her most expressive, fun, passionate self.
