Why I Built this program

This program is everything I wish was around when I needed help.

Years ago I didn’t know why nutrition had to be so hard, why there were so many rules and why anytime I hired a coach I was just told to ‘stick to the plan’.

I couldn’t stick to any plan.

The plan was the entire problem.

I was left alone for 2 weeks then told to do a check in (which I dreaded) because I had been starving the entire time, battling cravings, lacking vegetables becase it would go over my ‘carb’ limit & would have full out binges when I finally cracked.

I didn’t feel like I was being heard.

I didn’t think things were personalised to ‘me’.

I didn’t think my coach could relate to what I was going through.

I also hadn’t had a period in 7 years, no one cared about that.

I was still told to diet, restrict, count calories. Train more. Be more disciplined.

All my bio feedback was ignored, dismissed & at the time, maybe mis-understood.

That’s why I have made it my mission to help woman understand that it doesn’t have to be like any of that. And I am damn good at it.

Health shouldn’t feel like punishment. It should feel wholesome.

Like me, many woman needed an approach to nutrition that is simple, easy to adhere to & made logical sense.

They needed an approach that catered to ‘real life’ situations. Something that works when life is imperfect.

I recovered my period after 2 years using this method almost 10 years ago & it’s been refined, improved & upgraded over time ever since then.

It just works.

This is not just about getting in shape, it’s about impulse control, reactivity, living in alignment, succeeding in your relationship, your career & gaining the tools and knowledge to go after anything you choose & have a strong internal knowing that you will be able to obtain it.

I am more passionate about the mindset element these days because I’ve seen what it’s provided for me in my life.

The truth is anyone with their mind right, will not be at risk of being out of shape or inconsistent.

Mind first, body always follows.
