I'm a qualified personal trainer, online coach, and PN Level 1 Nutrition Coach — and I work with women who are ready to stop outsourcing their confidence to a number on a scale.

I built this program after years of watching women achieve incredible physical results... and still feel like they hadn't arrived. They'd hit the goal and be waiting for the feeling that was supposed to come with it. And when it didn't, they'd set a new one.

I realised the body was never the real project. The relationship with the body was.

So I rebuilt everything around that. The training, the nutrition, the check-ins, the conversations — all of it designed to work from the inside out. Because when the inside shifts, the outside follows. And it stays.

I work with a small number of women at any time. Not to be selective for the sake of it — but because this work requires my actual attention, and I won't offer you something I can't deliver properly.
