Why i built this program
This program is everything I wish was around when I needed help.
I didn’t know why nutrition had to be so hard, why there were so many rules and why anytime I hired a coach I was just told to ‘stick to the plan’.
I couldn’t stick to any plan.
The plan was the entire problem.
I was left alone for 2 weeks then told to do a check in (which I dreaded) because I had been starving the entire time, battling cravings, lacking vegetables becase it would go over my ‘carb’ limit & would have full out binges when I finally cracked.
I didn’t feel like I was being heard.
I didn’t think things were personalised to ‘me’.
I also hadn’t had a period in 7 years, no one cared about that.
I was still told to diet, restrict, count calories.
All my bio feedback was ignored, dismissed & at the time, maybe mis-understood.
That’s why I have made it my mission to help woman understand that it doesn’t have to be like any of that.
Like me, many woman need an approach to nutrition that is simple, easy to adhere to & makes logical sense.
I recovered my period after 2 years using this method almost 10 years ago & it’s been refined & improved over time ever since then.

I help each client implement my nutrition framework combined with my top 1% success mindset system.
This is done on a 1-1 basis, daily support is provided.
I meet each client where they are at.
The coaching phas works through 4 stages.
A client arrives at stage 4 once they have a rock solid routine, problem solving skills, the mindset traits of someone who can hold themself to a high standard no matter the scenario and they are confident to continue solo.
This usually takes between 4-12 months.

Each package is catered to individual circumstances. This will be discussed further on a zoom call. The women who see the most lasting change are the ones who commit to the full process, not just the first few weeks when motivation is high. We'll talk it through on our call.

I discuss investment on the call, because it varies depending on your program and goals. What I'll say here: this is not a budget option. If you're applying, you should expect a significant investment — one that reflects the level of support, personalisation & results you're walking away with.
This program ensures you walk away with the mindset tools required to never need to invest into nutrition or weight loss coaching again.

No. Training is tailored to wherever you are home, gym, wherever works. It fits around your life, not the other way around.

Then you're in good company. You don't need to arrive with answers. That's what the call is for.

Good. Bring it. I'd rather have an honest conversation than a polite one. If you've been burned before by coaching that didn't deliver — that's relevant, and it's worth talking about.

Real access. You'll have direct messaging, weekly check-ins, and daily content through a private channel. You will not feel like a number. I don't run my program that way.

I'll tell you — honestly and kindly. And I'll try to point you toward something I think could actually help. It's never personal but over the years I have narrowed down further and further the specific type of woman that I help with specific type of problems that I overcome .

Fitness programs without a trainer also didn't work — I go all out, train everyday, my body gives out at some point, need 2–4 rest days and then I can't get the motivation again to start. With a trainer I feel that wouldn't happen because I would feel the accountability. Plus I would learn to pace myself and not go all out until I break my body.*
